Good Food

  To get your day off to a good start, we provide a filling breakfast featuring bacon and sausage from our own home reared free range rare breed Tamworth pigs, eggs from our happy free range hens, our own honey, homemade jam and that Cornish speciality - Thunder and Lightning. We can also provide dietary requirements on request.

For your evening meal, we are happy to suggest good places to eat and will even book your table!

Places such as:

  • Rick Stein's renowned Seafood Restaurant or moderately priced excellent Cafe in Padstow,
  • The Granary, Molesworth Street, Wadebridge.
  • St. Kew Inn,
  • The Blisland Inn,
  • The Quarryman,
  • The Old Inn.

To work up an appetite, you can challenge one another to games of table tennis, bar billiards and bar skittles in our converted barn next to the house, or on a pleasant evening why not take a trip to Padstow on the night ferry from Rock and enjoy Rick Stein’s Fish & Chips overlooking the pretty harbour.
