We have converted part of our barn into a games room. Here you can play table tennis, bar billards, bar skittles and darts.
For golfers, games can be arranged at a number of local courses (St Enodoc, Trevone, St Kew). We can also organize fishing, horse riding and tennis for you. There are sport centres in both nearby Wadebridge and Bodmin. There are two cinemas in Wadebridge showing the latest films.
For the evenings, there are many historic local pubs within a short drive offering excellent food using local produce. Rick Stein's famous sea food restaurant is at nearby Padstow, as are his Café offering excellent moderately priced food and his recently opened Fish & Chip shop.
If you are a keen walker, the South West Coastal Path provides countless spectacular walks - graded from easy through to the challenging difficult!! - and we are more than happy to lend out maps and books of walks.We are a step back in time farm -make friends with Paddy, our Donkey, Thornfield John, our rare breed Suffolk Punch horse, or Charlotte our Tamworth pig.
